Communication and Engagement
The Communication and Engagement Subcommittee implements the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan Objectives from Goal 4, listed below:
> Goal 4: Elevate the visibility and value of early childhood policies and fiscal strategies at the local, state, and federal levels that are grounded in the science of early childhood development and best practices
Objective 4.1: Support the implementation of a coordinated, statewide marketing, communication, and outreach approach for the early childhood system
Objective 4.2: Create and maintain a strategic communications plan with clear, consistent key messages that elevate the early childhood system and ECAC priorities.

We are currently accepting applications for a vacancy to serve on this subcommittee. Nevada ECAC subcommittee membership is open to the public, including the early childhood workforce, parents of young children, and community members.
